The NHS Scotland Cancer Collaborative (NSCC) provides the Right Decisions Service toolkit to deliver national access to ‘Once for Scotland’ Cancer Clinical Management Pathways which outline the patient journey from diagnosis through to follow-up or end of life care. These pathways describe the treatment options at the various points in each pathway to support shared decision making.
